About Sabrina Thomas

Sabrina Thomas is an author, speaker and advocate shining a light on the joys and challenges of parenting children with special needs. Through her numerous resources and tools, Sabrina is assisting families and caregivers on their journey to become their child’s best advocate. As a special needs parent for over twenty years, she is on a relentless mission to cut through the confusion and empower parents of children with special needs to become their child’s best advocate.

Having originally worked in the hospitality industry for 20+ years, Sabrina has dedicated the past ten years to be a compassionate voice for the voiceless. She is a certified master IEP coach and through one-on-one coaching, workshops, keynotes, books and resources, raises awareness and helps parents develop an effective strategy for working with authorities so their children can achieve the best quality of life.

Sabrina has two beautiful sons, one of whom, Omar, has autism, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disability. She is determined to provide parents and caregivers with the tools, knowledge, and support she lacked in the early years of her son’s diagnosis.She is studying towards a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University.
